Return/Refund/Shipping  Policy

 

We are bummed to hear that your item(s) didn’t work out for you. Our return policy is simple, if you haven’t modified, painted, eviscerated, lacerated, defiled or otherwise caused further damage to the item(s), we will gladly return it for an exchange or a refund.

However, we will not provide free shipping for the return (sorry). We hope to one day be able to afford something like that, but hey, we’re a small start-up company, we hope you understand. If you’re super upset about that, please let us know and maybe we can send you a free sticker or something to help quell the hurt.

Again, sorry to hear about the return process, it sucks but please have some grace. We’re trying.

If you need to cancel an order. Contact us as soon as possible and if the order has not shipped we can work it out. However, if the item has shipped we must refer to the return or exchange policy.

Our shipping services will vary based of best rates. We try and provide the fastest and most advantageous approach when it comes to shipment fulfilment. As a result, some packaging may be a bit adaptive based off of item being shipped. If you have further questions about shipping methods please contact us.
